Our CEO David Perks had the opportunity to guest during the Working on Purpose podcast with Alise Cortez this week.
It was a great discussion explaining the origins of the Pay Compliment platform, and the ways that we are aiming to fulfill our mission to "Turn everyday observations into better performance".
David spoke about the long lasting effect of intrinsic motivation and how gratitude can build a bank of goodwill between co-workers, and also about the implications that the Gig Economy will have on strategies for performance management and talent development.
David also hinted about an exciting new feature that we're working on.
