- Look at the video on energisers and de-energisers and assess your own style. What can you do to be more of an energiser and how can you lead the team in a high energy way?
- Assess the levels of social connection in the team? Are there pockets of people who are not connected? What can you do to achieve more connection between people?
- Reflect on your own style where are you good at creating a high performing environment and where could you improve. Set an intention to adopt one new way of working which would help you improve.
