I’m a customer who loves to shop. I previously worked in retail and left years ago. I do feel that customer service in general has declined in recent years and I’m doing my part to help highlight the great employees that companies have because everyone needs recognition in the job that they do. It’s all good and well that managers get praised but I’m looking out for the assistants and cashiers etc who may rarely receive praise which might help them move up the ladder.
